Training takes place on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings at the Farm during the summer months while indoor training takes place at Presentation Brothers' College between 6pm and 8pm from October to March.

Indoor training for all club members will take place from 6pm to 8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays at Presentation Brothers College (next to the Tyndall Building) until the end of March. Outdoor training will commence at the Farm from the beginning of April. Initially, training will be on Saturday mornings from 11am to 1pm while training will also take place on Monday evenings from 6pm-7.30pm. Outdoor training times are subject to occasional variation due to fixture changes.
